You have the right to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion at any time. 588won will action self-exclusion requests within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reopened at your own request.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 588won ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 588won website, mobile applications and all related services (collectively, "the Services"). You must notify us immediately at the email address listed in Section 16 if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available and using a strong, unique password that is not shared with other online services.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by 588won at the time of transaction. Deposits made via bank transfers or local payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast are subject to the applicable processing times and any minimum or maximum deposit thresholds published in the cashier at the time.

The platform supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as its primary display currency. Where transactions are processed in a different base currency, conversion rates applied at the time of the transaction will be displayed in the cashier. 588won is not responsible for currency fluctuations or conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Minimum deposit amounts are published in the cashier and may vary by payment method. You may set personal deposit limits through your account's Responsible Gambling section at any time. Deposit limits, once reduced, take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
If your deposit is declined, please check with your payment provider before retrying. Multiple failed deposit attempts may trigger a temporary security hold on your account. 588won is not responsible for funds lost in transit due to errors made by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where operationally possible.
Standard withdrawal processing times are published in the cashier and vary by payment method. 588won aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Bank transfer timelines beyond our control — including processing by HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or other financial institutions — may add additional time. These timelines are context references only and do not constitute any implied partnership with those institutions.
Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per rolling period are published in the cashier. 588won reserves the right to pay large withdrawals in instalments where operationally necessary, in which case you will be notified in advance.
From time to time 588won offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts or any other method deemed abusive at 588won's reasonable discretion will result in the voiding of the relevant bonus, any associated winnings and, where evidence of systematic abuse exists, permanent account closure.
All bets and wagers placed on 588won are subject to the specific product rules applicable to sports betting, live betting, casino games, live casino tables, virtual sports, crash games and any other products offered on the platform. These rules are published within each product section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
588won reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, technical malfunction or data feed failure. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your account balance. 588won's decision on bet settlement is final subject to any applicable disputes procedure.
Live in-play betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC events — are settled based on official match results as reported by the relevant governing body. In-play odds fluctuate continuously; once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except in accordance with the cash-out rules where available.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport, market, event and account tier. 588won reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where betting patterns indicate professional or advantage play.

588won does not guarantee that the Services will be available continuously, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 588won holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the applicable licensing authority.
In the first instance, all complaints must be submitted in writing to our customer support team via live chat or the email address set out in Section 16. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution channel available in your account.
588won reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform and, where operationally practical, via your registered email address. The revised Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance before closing your account.
